高血压合并心力衰竭患者血浆B型利钠肽水平与左心室射血分数和左心房左心室大小的相关性 被引量：9

摘要 目的探讨高血压合并心力衰竭患者不同B型利钠肽(BNP)水平与心脏彩超心功能不全指标的相关性。方法入选106例高血压合并心力衰竭患者,根据测定血浆BNP水平分成3组:BNP≤100ng/L组,BNP100～1000ng/L组,BNP≥1000ng/L组。探讨高血压合并心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平与各心功能指标的相关性。结果高血压合并心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平与患者入院心率、左心房大小、左心室大小呈正相关(rs=0.681;rs=0.529;rs=0.610,均P<0.01);与心脏射血分数呈负相关性(rs=-0.591,P<0.01)。结论高血压合并心力衰竭患者血浆BNP水平与患者入院心率和左心房及左心室大小明显正相关,与射血分数呈负相关。
