摘要
目的:观察密集型银质针治疗慢性腰部软组织痛的疗效和安全性。方法:135例慢性腰痛患者,给予密集型银质针松解术治疗,每7天1次,共3次。在治疗前、治疗后5天、30天、3个月及6个月对如下疗效与安全性指标进行评价。疗效指标包括:疼痛视觉模拟评分(V isual AnalogueScale,VAS)、局部压痛评分、活动受限评分、指地距离、疗效评定等指标。结果:经过3次治疗,第5天、30天、3个月及6个月患者各项指标均有明显改善(P<0.05),第5天和30天时总有效率达100%,第3个月及6个月总有效率分别为98.5%及99.2%。密集型银质针松解术治疗3例出现头痛,5例出现局部皮肤灼伤。结论:密集型银质针松解术治疗慢性腰部软组织痛具有治痛确切、疗效稳定、安全性高、不良反应轻等优点。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy and safety of dense silver needle decompression on chronic low back pain from soft tissue damage.Methods： 135 patients with chronic low back pain from soft tissue damage were treated with dense silver needle decompression,once every seven days,a total of 3 times.The efficacy and safety were evaluated on the pretreatment and on the 5 days,30 days,3 months and 6 months after treatment.The efficacy indices included Visual analogue scale（VAS）,pain reduction on movement and total efficacy rate.The side effects were also observed.Results： All clinical indices were improved significantly on the 5th day,30th day,3 month,6 month after treatment（P〈 0.05）.The total efficacy rate were 100% at 5th and 30th day,98.5% and 99.2% at 3 month and 6 month,respectively.Side effects such as mild headache were observed in 3 patients,local skin burning was observed in 5 patients.Conclusion： Dense silver needle decompression has a reliable analgesic effect with less side effects on the patients with chronic low back pain from soft tissue damage.
