摘要
采用室内抑菌圈法测定了6种杀细菌剂对胡萝卜软腐欧文氏菌马铃薯黑胫病亚种(Erwiniacaroto-vorasu sp.atroseptica)的毒力,筛选出2种有明显抑菌作用的药剂72%农用硫酸链霉素可湿性粉剂和90%链霉素.土可溶性粉剂,抑菌效果显著,EC50分别为0.0921mg.mL-1和0.0972mg.mL-1。
Toxicity measurement of 6 bactericide on Erwinia carotovora susp.atroseptica was studied by the method of bacteriostatic circle in Lab.The results showed that 2 bactericides,72% steptomycim sulfate SP and 90% streptomycim+oxyteracykine SP,could inhibit the growth on Fusarium sulphureum obviously,with their EC50 being 0.092 1 mg.mL-1,0.097 2 mg.mL-1 respectively.
