摘要 全面综述甜菜碱在防治高同型半胱氨酸血症、心血管疾病和肝脏疾病、抑制脂肪合成、促进脂肪分解及代谢、抑制肿瘤类疾病及其他有益人体健康方面的研究进展。 This review summaries the recent advances in the research of the health effects of betaine: 1)preventive and therapeutic high homocysteine hyperlipidemia,cardiovascular disease and liver disease,2)weight loss and fat,3)anti-cancer effects,and 4)other health benefits to human beings.
