摘要
介绍一种新的金属/玻璃单模光纤起偏器的制作工艺及其性能参数。这种光纤起偏器是在微孔光纤中注入金属而成。工作波长为1.3μm,消光比为41.3dB,插入损耗≤2.0dB。制作工艺简单.温度变化对器件的影响小,稳定性好,工作波长范围宽。
The fabrication techniques and characteristic parameters of a novel metal/glass single mode optical fiber polarizer are first reported domestically. The operating wavelength is 1. 3μm, it's extinction ratio is 41. 3 dB and insertion loss is less than 2. 0 dB. It has simple techniques and high stability and is little affected by the change of temperature.
