摘要
针对目前工程分包市场分包管理模式灵活性不够,不能满足建筑市场新的发展要求等问题,对一种新型分包管理模式——"工序分包管理"进行研究。系统阐述了工序分包管理模式的基本概念、显著特点、新体系构建、具体操作方法,并结合工程实例进行分析。研究表明:工序分包管理模式既减少了以往分包管理的中间环节,又克服了传统工程分包管理执行力度不够、效率低下的缺陷,有利于节省作业成本,减轻目前施工企业低价中标的压力;有利于统筹安排,提高建筑业的分包管理水平。
The engineering sub-market status management flexibility is not enough and can not meet the development requirements of new construction market and other issues.A new type of process subcontract management mode is studied which is formulated basic concept,a distinctive feature,new system and concrete work on the construction of process subcontract management mode,and an engineering instance is analyzed.The results indicate new mode not only reduces the middle processes of previous mode but also overcomes the deficiencies of insufficient performance and poor efficiency of traditional subcontract management,which is useful to reduce cost,make overall arrangements,relieve the pressure of winning the bidding with low-priced and improving the level of subcontract management in construction industry.
