摘要
目的：观察中药制剂甘利欣注射液与西药合用治疗流行性乙型脑炎的临床疗效。方法：６２例流行性乙型脑炎患儿，随机分为２组。治疗组３２例常规治疗加用甘利欣注射液０．８ｍｌ·ｋｇ－１·ｄ－１加入１０％葡萄糖２５０ｍｌ中静滴，每日１次。连用５～７日；另３０例以一般常规治疗作为对照。结果：治疗组总有效率为９６．８％，对照组为７０．０％，２组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）；在缓解症状方面治疗组明显优于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０１），且未发现有明显的不良反应。结论：甘利欣注射液可以提高流行性乙型脑炎的治愈好转率。
Objective :To observe the clinical curative effects of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection,a preparation of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with western medicine on epidemic encephalitis B. Methods :62 cases with epidemic encephalitis B were randomly divided into two groups.In the treatment group (n=32) diammonium gliycyrrhizinate injection 08 mlkg-1d-1 add 10% glucose 250 ml infused intravenously were administered for 5 7 days,meantime in control group (n=30) the conventional therapy was used. Results :The total effective rate was 968% in treatment group but 700% in control group.In comparison between two groups the difference was significant (P<005) and in aspect of relieving symptoms the treatment group was significantly superior to control group (P<001).There was not obvious side effect to be found. Conclusions :The diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection is able to increase cured and improved rates of encephalitis B.
