XYY综合征伴β珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血1例报告并文献复习
A case report of XYY syndrome associated with β thalassemia and literature review
摘要
XYY综合征是一种性染色体异常的遗传性疾病，与正常男性核型（46，XY）相比，多了1条Y染色体。国外已有相关文献报道XYY综合征合并血液系统肿瘤，但XYY综合征合并β珠蛋白生成障碍性贫血较为罕见，国内尚无报道。本院近期收治1例XYY综合征伴8珠蛋白生成障碍性贫皿患者，现报道如下。
