摘要
近年来,研究发现纳米铜在催化、电化学等方面有着非常优异的性能,但是易被氧化的缺陷阻碍了其进一步应用,因此制备碳包覆铜金属纳米粒子有重要的意义。以硝酸铜为金属源、以蔗糖为碳源,经还原-退火制备出具有核壳结构的碳包覆铜金属纳米粒子。采用XRD、SEM、TEM、Raman等测试手段对样品进行了研究。结果表明,粒子大小分布均匀,具有明显的核壳结构:核为fcc型铜,粒径20~60 nm;壳为石墨化程度较低的非晶碳,厚度10 nm。
The Cu nanoparticles are researched because of its excellent performance in catalysis,electrochemistry in recent years.However,the application of Cu,is significantly restricted because of its liability to be oxidized;therefore,researches of copper nanoparticles encapsulated in carbonaceous shells is an important issue.In this paper,the Cu nanoparticles with shell structure which are encapsulated by the carbon can be prepared by using copper nitrate as source for the metal,sucrose as carbon substrate,through reducing and annealing.The sample is researched by means of XRD,SEM,TEM,Raman and other tests.The result indicates that the uniform size distribution of the particles exhibit well-constructured shell structure: the metal core consists of copper with fcc structure(the size varies between 20nm and 60nm);the shell is amorphous carbon with weak graphitization and the thickness is about 10nm.
