摘要
中国现代五项赛事中心游泳击剑馆屋盖采用铝合金单层网壳结构。主要介绍了该工程屋盖的结构选型,通过有限元软件对铝合金单层网壳结构进行了静力和整体稳定性分析,并且将网壳与下部混凝土结构组装,分析了下部结构对网壳受力的影响;同时通过实体有限元对节点设计承载力和刚度进行了分析。计算表明,铝合金单层网壳结构主要由整体稳定性控制,节点强度及刚度均满足要求,分析结果可为同类结构设计提供参考。
The roof of Swimming and Sword Gymnasium of Chinese Modern Five Competition Center was designed as a single-layer aluminum shell.By finite element method,it mostly focused on the following aspects: the type choosing of the roof,the calculation and analysis of the single-layer aluminum shell,the influence of the stiffness of the concrete frame on the loading behavior of the aluminum shell.The stiffness and loading capacity of joints were discussed as well.The results indicate that the single-layer aluminum shell is controlled by the overall buckling and the joint design can satisfy the requirement.The practice may provide some useful suggestions for the future design of the aluminum shell.
