摘要
结合黄河水电公司对标管理工作的实践,介绍了发电生产运营环节开展对标管理情况,指出了从指标体系构建、对标工作程序和对标的组织管理等方面开展发电生产运营对标管理工作遇到的问题,并就后续进一步做好生产运营对标管理工作提出了思路和建议。
Based on the practice of benchmarking management in Huanghe Upper Reach Hydropower Company, the paper showcases the benchmarking management in power generation and operation enterprises. It identifies problems and limitations in the management from the perspectives of the index system building, the benchmarking procedures, and organization management, and proposes a roadmap and suggestions for future benchmarking management.
