儿童腺样体肥大螺旋CT三维重建技术的改进

摘要 目的:探讨如何改进螺旋CT三维重建检查技术,以提高腺样体肥大患者成像质量.方法:利用螺旋CT对32例腺样体肥大患者进行检查,通过改进扫描参数、调整成像方向,获得良好的多平面重建图像及三维仿真重建图像.结果:本组腺样体肥大患者全部完成检查, 图像能清楚显示鼻咽部结构的立体影像和病变的部位、大小、形态及其侵犯范围,诊断方法准确可靠.结论:通过改进CT三维重建技术对腺样体肥大患者检查,可取得对临床有价值的三维重建影像. Objective: Explore how to improve the three--dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT screening technology, to improve image quality in patients with adenoid hypertrophy. Methods: Use of spiral CT in 32 cases of adenoid hypertrophy were examined,By improving the scanning parameters, adjust image orientation, Get a good multi--planar reconstruction and three--dimensional simulation of image reconstruction image. Results: All the adenoid hypertrophy patients were inspected in this group, Images clearly show the structure of three--dimensional imaging of nasopharyngeal and lesion location, size, shape and scope of violations, accurate and reliable diagnostic method. Conclusion:Three--dimensional CT reconstruction through improved patient examination of the adenoid hypertrophy, can be made on the clinical value of three--dimensional reconstruction of images.
