摘要
目的:建立广枣中槲皮素的含量测定方法.方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法, 以Kromasil菲罗门C18 柱(250mm×4.6μm,5μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇-0.4%磷酸(52:48)为流动相;检测波长为360nm;流速为1.0ml/min.结果:槲皮素在0.48-24μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.99995;平均加样回收率为101.1%,RSD=0.37%.结论:该方法快速、准确、重现性好,可于广枣中槲皮素的含量测定.
Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the determination of quercetin in guanzao. Method:The separation and assay were performed over a Kromasil C18 column(250mm×4.6μm,5μm)a mobile phase composed of methanol --0.5% phosphoric acid solution, at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/ rain and detection wavelength at 360nm . Rusult:The calibrated linear curve of quecetin was within 0.48-24μg(r=0. 99995)and the average recovery rate was 101.1% (RSD= 0.85%). Conclusion, The method is rapid. Accurate, reproducible and can be used in the determination of quecetin in guangzao.
