血清烯醇化酶(ENO)与ALT的相关性探讨

The relationship between serum enolase (ENO) and increased ALT activity in liver and gallbladder disease

摘要 目的:检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)升高患者血清中烯醇化酶(ENO)活性,探讨疾病与烯醇化酶的关系.方法:用酶偶联速率法测定烯醇化酶活性.对象102例ALT平均值206U/L升高的患者,370例ALT平均值40.1U/L的健康对照.结果:102例患者烯醇化酶活性 (18.11±15.13)U/L,健康对照组烯醇化酶活性 (5.9±1.9)U/L.统计学分析T检验与回归性分析,P=0.000,F=59.50,P〈0.05.结论:ALT升高患者血清中的烯醇化酶活性也升高.烯醇化酶活性与谷丙转氨酶具有相关性.对于临床疾病的辅助诊疗有意义. Objective To detect serum enolase (ENO) activity of liver and gallbladder disease patients, and the relationship between ENO and ALT. Methods: Rate with an automatic biochemical analyzer determination of enolase activity units. Detect serum enolase activity of 102 patients with elevated ALT(60-1250U/L) level. Results Enolase activity in 102 patients was (18. 11± 15.13)U/L. 370 healthy control group (medical specimens) enolase activity was(5.8±1.9)U/L. The P vales of T test and regression analysis all P:0. 000 ,F=59.50 ,P〈0.05. Conclusions Elevated ALT in patients with liver and gallbladder disease enolase activity was increased. Enolase activity was relevant with ALT level, which can be used as auxiliary treatment of clinical indicators of liver and gallbladder disease.
