摘要
介绍了消防管理绩效评估的概念,以某市消防大队对其下属的三个消防中队进行的绩效评估为例,探讨了一种适合我国消防部门特殊情况的消防管理绩效评估方法,并总结了该消防管理绩效评估方法设计的优点,以期促进我国消防管理水平的提高。
This paper introduces the concept of fire management performance apprasial. As the performance apprasial by one urban fire battalion to the three subordinate fire brigades. It discusses one suitable domestic fire department special conditions＇ fire management performance appraisal method. Concluded the advantage of this fire management performance apprasial method design to promote the improvement of domestic fire management level.
