摘要
目前,我国民营企业在人力资本方面存在着管理人员专业管理知识缺乏、企业用人观念及管理机制不当等问题;在结构资本方面存在着组织结构不合理、自主知识产权缺乏、核心文化缺失等问题;在关系资本方面存在着企业与顾客缺少沟通、与商业伙伴关系疏远和社会形象不佳等问题。民营企业人力资本的管理对策是提高管理层的专业管理水平,合理引进和选拔人才;结构资本的管理对策是重新合理设计组织结构,加大研发经费的投入,重视企业文化的建设;关系资本的管理对策是加强与顾客的沟通以及与商业伙伴的合作,重塑企业的社会形象。
Nowadays, in human resources of private enterprises, the managers are lack of professional management knowledge and the concept of employment and management mechanism are improper; in structure capital, their organization is unreasonable, independent property right insufficient, and lack of core culture; while in relationship capital, the enterprises are lack of communication with clients and business partners and imperfect in social image. The management strategies are to improve professional management to introduce and select personnel on human resources of private enterprises, to redesign organization and structure to increase investment of research and value enterprise culture on structure capital, and to increase communication and cooperation with clients and business partners to rebuild the social image on relationship capital.
