摘要
传统数学用精确性的、确定性的数学概念来描述客观世界。然而客观世界的多样性和复杂性使很多事物存在着亦此亦彼的情况,这便决定了模糊现象和模糊性存在着的客观属性。隶属度属于模糊评价函数里的概念,是对受多种因素影响的事物做出全面评价的一种十分有效的多因素决策方法,其特点是评价结果不是绝对地肯定或否定,而是以一个模糊集合来表示。建筑火灾风险评估的特殊性和模糊方法的优势,使得模糊方法在系统风险评估中得到广泛应用,特别是对于那些评判参数较多,评判结论比较模糊,评判过程比较复杂的场合应用的更为普遍。本文基于高层建筑火灾风险评估指标体系,以已有模糊数学三角函数隶属度评价模型为理论基础,建立适合既有建筑消防改造的隶属度评判模型。该模型不局限于区间划分方法,因此具有普遍适用性,从而使评价结果更科学可靠。
Traditional mathematics describe world with precision,certainty of mathematical concepts. However,the objective world is diverse and complex,so that there is something that you can't tell them between "yes" or "no". Membership is fuzzy evaluation function in concept,is influenced by various factors of the things that make comprehensive assessment of a very effective multifactor decision making method characterized by the evaluation solution not be absolutely positive or negative,but rather a represented by fuzzy sets. Fuzzy mathematics was applied in the field of hazard evaluation depended on the advantage itself. It was appropriate for the situations that the judging parameters,blurry conclusions and complicated process are all complicated. This paper based on established the index system for building fire hazard assessment and the use of fuzzy mathematics in others' literature,established the subordinate function of building fire hazard assessment. The model is not confined by the method of interval. So it has universal applicability and the results become scientific.
