摘要
目的:考察苯妥英钠片紫外光谱鉴别过程中的各种影响因素。方法:对苯妥英钠片的辅料、供试品溶液的制备过程、正庚烷溶剂进行考察及用不同器具试验。用紫外-可见分光光度法在200~300nm的波长处扫描并测定其最大吸收及吸光值。结果:苯妥英钠片辅料中的糊精、供试品溶液的浸渍时间与研磨时间及用不同的器具试验对紫外吸收有明显影响。结论:苯妥英钠片紫外光谱鉴别的影响因素较多,容易误判,建议对本法进行修订。
Objective:To investigate the influencing factors in the process of action spectrum of phenytoin sodium tablets.Methods:Determined the auxiliary of phenytoin sodium tablets and in the process of preparation of the test solution and the menstruum of heptane and compare with different method of operation at 200 nm to 300 nm wavelength by UV spectrophotometry.Results:The dextrin of phenytoin sodium tablets, using different ware and method of operation could change obviously.Conclusion:The above influencing factors should be avoid due to cause lower determination results.
