摘要
针对车辆荷载与速度对车辆振动影响的重要性,通过现场试验,测得一定路面平整度下,不同载重及不同速度时的车辆垂直振动加速度,并计算得出车辆法向荷载。利用二次回归正交设计方法,研究了车辆随机振动与行车速度和荷载的关系。通过研究可知,车辆随机动荷载与车辆行驶速度和载重间的关系可以用包含速度、载重、载重二次效应的公式来表示,应用此公式可以进行车辆随机动态载荷的预估和验算。由分析可知,速度、载重、载重的二次效应均对车辆的动荷载有显著影响,其中,车辆荷载的增减影响最大。
Due to importance of vehicle loads and speed to vehicle vibration,under the condition of having determined pavement irregularity,vehicular vertical vibration acceleration in different vehicle loads and speed were measured through spot experiment on newly-built freeway.Thus,the vehicle normal direction loadings were worked out by vehicular vertical vibration acceleration.The between vehicle vibration and vehicle speed and load were researched through quadratic regression orthogonal experiment.The research results show that the relations between vehicle vibration and vehicle speed and load can be expressed by formula included speed,loads and quadratic effect of loads.By the formula,vehicle random dynamical loads can be estimated and checked.Through the anlaysis,it is found that speed,loads and quadratic effect of loads have significantly influences on vehicle dynamical loads and the increase and decrease of loads is the most important influencing factor.
