摘要
目的:探讨泌尿外科新的微创手术方法——微创经皮造瘘输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的手术配合及护理方法。方法:通过48例微创经皮造瘘输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术的配合和对患者的护理,总结出对于此类手术的各个环节的护理要点。结果:所有手术过程顺利,取石成功率高,无并发症发生。结论:微创经皮造瘘输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术是一项新的、有效的治疗肾结石的微创手术方法,护理上各个环节的密切配合是保证手术顺利完成的必要条件。
Objective：To explore the new minimally invasive method of Urology-The co-operation and nursing for holmium laser lithotripsy for kidney stones under MPCNL.Methods：To summarize all aspects of the care points of this sort of operation through 48 cases of holmium laser lithotripsy under MPCNL.Results：All operations went smoothly,with high rate of success and no complications.Conclusions：Holmium laser lithotripsy under MPCNL is a new and effective and minimally invasive treatment of kidney stones,close cooperation in all spheres of operation is to ensure the successful completion of the operations.
