摘要
采用自编问卷调查631名各类人才表明,高层次人才价值取向明显,注重家庭价值实现,人际价值趋向理智;高层次人才比非高层次人才更看重工作的社会取向和人生的集体取向,但不注重家庭价值的手段取向;女性高层次人才比男性高层次人才更重视人际价值观;高校教师和公务员比医务人员更重视人际价值的心理取向,企业员工比高校教师更在乎人生价值的合作取向;文化程度对高层次人才工作价值观心理取向因子独立主效应明显.
The research investigated the values of 631 talents.It is revealed that higher-level talents have clear value orientation.They pay attention to the realization of family values.And their interpersonal values tend to be intelligible.Compared with non-higher-level talents,higher-level talents put more emphasis on work′s social orientation and life′s collective orientation instead of family values′ means orientation.Unlike male higher-level talents,females value interpersonal values more.College teachers and government officials attach more importance to interpersonal values′ psychological orientation than medical personnel.Employees care more about life values′ cooperative orientation than college teachers.There are significant independent effects on high-level talents with different education level on work values′ psychological orientation factors.
