摘要
湖南省湘西自治州永顺县颗砂乡高枧村历来为贡米出产地。据多次土壤调查及定点取样分析,该村生产贡米的稻田土壤为志留纪灰绿色页岩母质发育的灰绿泥(俗称油沙泥),土壤剖面构型为A-P-C型,粘土矿物以1 nm伊利石为主;发育程度较低;因受母质特性影响,土壤自然肥力高,土壤有机质、全N、全P、全K和速效N、速效P、速效K的含量及固定态铵、缓效钾、微量元素Zn、Se、B和离子轻稀土元素含量均显著高于长沙红黄泥;同时,该土壤还具有适量辐射强度,其α、β、239-Pu辐射强度比对照土壤红黄泥分别高出1.88,1.28,1.17倍。米质分析表明,贡米直链淀粉含量<25%,整精米率为50%~60%,垩白小,蛋白质、Zn、Se的含量也大大高于同品种优质米。因此,利用这种土壤生产优质富硒富锌米,具有很好的开发前景。
The Gaojian Village,Kesha Town,Yongshun County,the west Hunan Autonomy Prefecture has always been the production area of tribute-rice.Through many times of soil investigation and fixed-point sampled analysis,the results indicated that the soil in tribute-rice field is celadon paddy soil developed from celadon parent material of shale in the Silurian period,the soil profile form is A-P-C type,the main clay mineral is 1 nm of illite,and the developmental level is lower.Because of the impaction of characters of parent material,the soil fertility is high,such as the contents of soil organic matter,total N,total P,total K,available N,available P,available K,soil fixed ammonium,slow-release potassium,trace element(Zn,Se,B) and ion light rare earth element in celadon paddy soil are obviously higher than that in yellow-red paddy soil from Changsha;meanwhile,the celadon paddy soil has appropriate radiation intensity,whose radiation intensities of α,β and 239-Pu are higher than that of control(yellow-red paddy soil) by 1.88 times,1.28 times and 1.17 times,respectively.The rice quality analysis indicated that the amylose content of tribute-rice is lower than 25%,head rice rate is 50~60%,chalky rice rate is low,and the contents of protein,Zn,Se were evidently higher than that of same rice variety produced from other paddy soils.Therefore,the celadon paddy soil resource opened a vast range of prospects for producing Se-enriched and Zn-enriched fine grain quality rice.
