摘要
女性领导艺术是指女性领导在领导活动各个环节中的领导技能技巧和领导风格,它属于方法论范畴。相对男性领导而言,她们的领导行为显示出性别优势、双性化转变、角色冲突平衡的特殊性,并使女性领导艺术具有鲜明的非权力影响力色彩。
The art of female leadership refers to the leading skills and styles of those female cadres, which are demonstrated in leadership activities. Theoretically, it falls into the category of methodology. Compared with their male counterparts, the female leadership activities demonstrate certain distinctions, including gender advantages, Androgyny transformation and balance in role conflicts, which bestow the female leadership a distinctive non-authority power of influence.
