摘要
人才资源是高职教育的第一资源,教师的教学能力是高职院校的核心竞争力。如何有效开展教师教学能力培训和测评,不断提高教师的整体水平,是各校面临的共同课题。高职法律专业教师教学能力包含一般教学能力和专业实践能力2个模块9个子项。开展教师教学能力培训必须以转变观念为先导,以模块化项目培训为平台,以能力测评为手段,以政策激励为保障。
Human resources are one of the most important resources in vocational colleges,and the teaching compe-tence is thus the core competitiveness.How to train and assess the teaching competence effectively and promote their over-all proficiency are some of the common issues all colleges encounter.This article deals specifically with the teaching com-petence of teachers specializing in law,which consists of general teaching competence and professional practical abilities di-vided into 2 modules and 9 sub-modules.In summary,the training shall be carried out based on the reconstruction of our ideas,the designed training modules,and relevant motivating measures so that it can actually be enhanced.
