摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术和数据库技术设计了一种新型高炮跟踪系统综合性能检测仪。检测仪模拟指挥仪发送标准阶跃、正弦和等速信号给高炮跟踪系统,并且实时采集高低、方位通道的误差、速度以及后坐位移等信号,经校正、滤波后生成并自动打印检测结论,同时把采集数据和检测结论保存到数据库中,供查询和生成报表使用。试验表明,该设备可以替代机电正弦机、电阻箱和示波器组成的传统检测系统,并且缩短了跟踪系统状态诊断和维修时间,提高了装备快速保障能力。
A new type of anti-aircraft artillery tracking system was designed with virtual instrument and database technology. The controller sanded the step or sinusoidal or constant-velocity signal to the anti-aircraft artillery tracking systems as the director. The detector collected the channels of error,speed and displacement in the rear of the level and location system. Then the dates were adjusted,filtered for the conclusion,which was printed in the test reports automation. The dates and conclusions were saved in the database to query and generate the test reports. The device can replace the traditional detection system of mechanical and electrical sinusoidal machines,resistance boxes and oscilloscope,and shorten the time to test and repair the tracking system,and improved the rapid support capabilities of the weapons.
