摘要
本文在阐述中职学校职业生涯教育意义的基础上,分析了当前中职学校职业生涯教育的现状,据此,提出了中职学校职业生涯教育策略建议。包括提高认识,重视职业生涯教育;积极探索,拓展职业生涯教育渠道;因校制宜,寓职业生涯教育于各项活动之中;因材施教,对全校学生进行分层指导。
On the basis of introducing the significance of career education in intermediate vocational schools, this essay analyzes the current situation of such education, and makes some strategic suggestions on career education, including awareness raising in career education; active exploration of expanding ways of career education; school-based activities for career education; individualized teaching and guidance according to different levels of students.
