摘要
在全球低碳时代,中国面对国际压力和国内资源环境紧缺的局面,城市规划建设必须走低碳生态型的道路。在借鉴国际经验的基础上结合中国国情,重点论述了低碳生态城市建设的原则和关键策略。
In the global low-carbon era, China faces international pressure and the situation of shortage of environmental resource at home.City planning and development must take the low-carbon road. Based on the international experiences and combined with the Chinese conditions, this paper focuses on the principles and key policies of low-carbon ecological city development.
