摘要
以生产42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥的产量作为目标函数,以成品比表面积、转子转速、出口负压等作为可调整变量,首次在实际闭路粉磨系统中进行正交优选实验,得到了实际生产中具体可操作的最佳工艺匹配参数。
With the output of P.O 42.5 as target function, and the specific surface area of the products, rotor speeds and outlet negative pressure as adjusted variables, the orthogonal experiment by optimization method has been performed in practical close grinding system for the first time, in which the specific and operable optimal process matching parameters used in practical production are obtained.
