摘要
对权威的关注,乃立足于国内政治。从威权政体走向善治,是中国政治体制改革的一个目标。在这个层面上,推进民主、法治、社会正义与公民参与,应当是中国政体转型的题中之义。因此,当代中国转型中的权威位置迁移与全球治理中的公共权威重塑是一对顺应关系,本身并不构成根本性冲突,全球治理很可能成为促进当代中国政体转型的外部动力。
Since the basis of the national politics is the concern of authority,the switch from the authority regime to good governance has become a target of Chinese reform of politics.At this level,the promotion of democracy,rule of law,social justice and citizen participation should be included in the transformation of the Chinese regime.Therefore,the modern transformation of China＇s position of authority in global governance,migration and remodeling of the public authority is a relationship between a pair of responsive,which does not in itself constitute a fundamental conflict;and global governance is likely to be external power in the efforts for the Chinese regime transition.
