摘要
以乙二胺、丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯三胺、油酸、硫酸二甲酯为原料,合成了一种新型缓蚀剂——树状咪唑啉季铵盐化合物(1),其结构经IR表征。用重态失重法考察了合成1的反应条件对其缓蚀性能的影响,并以此确定合成1的最佳反应条件为:油酸100 mmol,n(油酸)∶n(1.0G PAMAM)=1.0∶1.2,于190℃反应3 h成环,于90℃反应3 h完成季铵化。当c(1)=40 mg.L-1时对铁的缓蚀效率在90%以上(在最佳反应条件下合成1,钢片在1.0 mol.L-1HC l溶液中挂片4 h)。
Imidazolinyl-quaternary ammonium dendrimer(1) as corrosion inhibitor were synthesized using ethylenediamine,methyl acrylate,diethylenetriamine,oleic acid and dimethyl sulfate as raw materials.The structure was characterized by IR.The effects of the reaction conditions on corrosion inhibition performance of 1 were investigated by static weight loss method.The optimal reaction coditions were as follows: oleic acid was 100 mmol;n(oleic acid) ∶n(1.0G PAMAM) was 1.0 ∶1.2;reaction temperatures and times were cyclization reaction at 190 ℃ for 3 h and quarternized at 90 ℃ for 3 h,respectively.The corrosion inhitition efficiency was over 90% against iron bar in 1.0 mol·L-1HCl solution for 4 h as c(1) of 40 mg·L-1.
