摘要
报告1例混合型汗孔角化病。患者男,45岁。面部、背部及四肢出现角化性丘疹20余年,腹股沟、外阴及肛周出现结节5年。皮损组织病理检查符合汗孔角化病表现。
A case of mixed porokeratosis is reported. A 45-year-old male presented with a history of keratotic papules on the face, back,limbs for twenty years and nodules on the groin,vulva and anus for five years. Histopathology was in accord with porokeratosis.
