New type of multi-level water intake device of reservoir in underwater construction

摘要 针对深孔取水的水库难以改建成分层取水的问题,提出了一种经济可行的新方法——水下施工安装条件下的直立式钢管分层取水装置。该装置将竖向钢管、三通连接不同高程的水平取水口,通过抱箍将钢管固定在混凝土坝体内;竖向钢管底部采用三通与水平钢管连接,然后伸入原放水管内,并浇注水下混凝土固定接头;取水口设拍门,通过坝顶启闭室控制开闭,根据需要分层取水。该装置构件在陆上预制,通过潜水员水下安装。装置结构简单,工程投资小,在无需放空水库的条件下较好地解决了深孔取水存在的水质问题。 In the light of the difficulty that the reservoir using deep hole as water intake is hard to be reconstructed into multi-level one,a new economic and feasible method is proposed,using a multi-level water intake device of erect steel pipe in case of underwater operation.The new device links the intakes at different elevations with erect steel pipes and tee pipes,of which the steel pipe encircled by holt hoop iron is fixed into the concrete dam.At the bottom of erect pipes,a level pipe which would be entered into the original intake pipe is linked to the erect pipes by a tee pipe and fixed by underwater concrete construction.Each intake is equipped with a flap and controlled by the hoist on the dam crest,taking water from multi-level as needed.The components of the device are assembled on land,and installed by diver′s underwater operation.The device has the advantages of simpler construction and less investment,providing an effective way to ensure the water quality in deep intake without emptying the reservoir.
