摘要
以印钞擦板废水为原料,加入成膜物质(苯丙乳液和硅溶胶)与颜填料(钛白粉、高岭土、碳酸钙、滑石粉)制备低成本水性内墙涂料;考察了硅溶胶用量、废水用量、颜料用量对涂料性能的影响,制备出符合国家标准的水性内墙涂料。与同类产品相比较,硬度更好,且降低了涂料的成本及处理印钞废水所需要的高昂费用,避免了焚烧废油墨渣的二次污染。其基本配方(质量分数)为:苯丙乳液18%,硅溶胶12%,印钞废水30%,钛白粉15%,填料21.6%,SD-505成膜助剂2%,DA-208消泡剂0.3%,5040分散剂0.2%,SD-200水性润湿剂0.1%,防冻剂0.5%,TT-935流平增稠剂0.3%。
A low cost water-borne interior wall coatings has been developed,which is formulated based on the styrene-acrylic emulsion and silicon sol and with banknote printing wastewater as raw materials,mixed with pigments and fillers(titanium dioxide,kaolin,calcium carbonate and talcum powder).Effects of dosages of silicon sol and wastewater,etc.on the performance of coatings are discussed.It has been shown that the technical specification of this product conforms to the state standard.Compared with similar products,this product has better hardness.The present recycling method reduces the cost of coatings and high treatment fees of banknote printing wastewater,and avoids secondary pollution of burning waste ink residue.The preference formula(mass fraction) is:styrene-acrylic latex 18%,silicon sol 12%,banknote printing wastewater 30%,titanium dioxide 15%,fillers 21.6%,SD-505 film-forming additives 2%,DA-208 defoaming agent 0.3%,5040 dispersant 0.2%,SD-200 water-borne wetting agent 0.1%,antifreeze 0.5%,TT-935 levelling thickener 0.3%.
