摘要
悬挂式单轴惯性振动筛的悬挂钢丝绳在惯性激振器作用下会产生较大的横向振动。利用ANSYS有限元方法对悬挂式单轴惯性振动筛钢丝绳横向振动进行了模态分析,对不同参数下钢丝绳固有频率进行了讨论,提出了避免钢丝绳产生共振的具体措施和方法。
Suspending the wire rope of the single-axis inertia vibrating sifter will have a more stronger horizontal vibration due to the inertia exciter's work. The modal analysis of horizontal vibration for suspending the wire rope of the single-axis inertia vibrating sifter in ANSYS finite element method was made, and the inherent frequencies of the wire rope in different parameters was discussed. The concrete plan and methods were put forward for avoiding the coherent vibration of the wire rope.
