摘要
目的观察改良真皮内缝合法在妇科手术中的应用效果。方法对126例妇科手术患者采用4-0号可吸收缝合线改良真皮内缝合法(缝线在真皮层与皮下脂肪层交界处)。观察术后切口愈合情况和术后3个月随访情况。结果 126例患者术后切口均甲级愈合,术后3个月,102例患者得到随访,随访率81.27%,切口均愈合良好,瘢痕小,呈线形,瘢痕与周围皮肤颜色相近,平均宽度0.5 mm。结论改良真皮内缝合法在妇科手术中应用,美容效果好,受到广大患者欢迎,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the cosmetic results of the modified suture of dermal incision（intradermal suture）in gynecological surgery.Methods In 126 patients of gynecological surgery,the absorbable 4-0 sutures were used to improve the dermal suture（suture in the dermis and subcutaneous fat layer at the junction）.Results 126 patients of postoperative wound healed.After 3 months,102 patients were followed at the follow-up rate of 81.27%.The wounds healed well,with small and linear scars.81 patients had the scar width ≤ 0.4 mm,18 0.4-0.6 mm,and 3 0.6-1.0 mm,at the average width of 0.5 mm.Scar and surrounding skin were similar in color.Conclusion The application of the modified dermal suture in gynecologic surgery had excellent cosmetic effects,was welcomed by the majority of patients and worthy of clinical application.
