摘要
在IEC61850协议框架下,数字式电能表的输入特性有别于传统模拟式电能表,传统检定方法已不适用。首先分析了IEC61850协议电能表的误差特性,然后从保证量值传递途径完整性的角度出发,提出了基于标准电能表的校验方案,标准电能表和数据抽样误差经更高等级的模拟标准表进行检定,并给出了检定结果。
According to IEC61850, the new input characteristic of electric energy meter shows that it is necessary to design new calibration solution. The article first analyzes the error characteristic of the energy meter, and then, in the view of intact traceability link, introduces a new calibration solution based on standard meter. The accuracy of standard meter is calibrated by standard equipment with higher grade of accuracy. In the end, calibration data is given.
