摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、逻辑分析等方法,对福建省具有法人资格的民间体育组织的发展现状与困境进行研究,并以此提出培育和推动我国民间体育组织发展的路径体系:建设公共服务型政府,形成民间体育组织善治体制;建立以中华全国体育总会为核心的社团组织架构,重组民间体育组织新体系;制定和完善有关民间组织的法律和法规体系,对民间体育组织进行依法管理;改善民间体育组织的收入结构体系,提高民间体育组织可持续发展能力;加强民间体育组织的人才建设体系,增强民间体育组织自身活力;建立并实施民间体育组织的评估体系,推动和引导民间体育组织改革与发展等。
By the method of documentation,questionnaire and logical analysis,the paper carries out an overall investigation on the status quo and obstacles of the development of the non-governmental sport organizations with corporation qualification in Fujian province.It proposes the path choice of fostering and promoting the development of china＇s private sport organizations,such as building a civil-service type government,forming a perfect non-governmental PE organizations administrative system,constructing a national-PE-committee-centered social organization structure,rebuilding non-governmental PE organizations＇ new system,formulating and improving related laws and policies,managing non-governmental PE organizations in accordance with the law,improving the income structure of non-governmental PE organizations,enhancing its sustainable development ability,strengthening the talent construction of non-governmental PE organizations;raising the vitality of non-governmental PE organizations themselves,establishing and implementing the evaluation system of non-governmental PE organizations,promoting and guiding the reform and development of non-governmental PE organizations.
