摘要
通过对矩型波导激光器腔模理论的分析,指出在某些情况下矩型波导结构明显优于圆型结构。同时,设计了2×2×140mm金属-陶瓷结构的RF激励波导CO2激光器,输出功率最大为3.39W,效率为6%。
The theory of cavity and mode of rectangular waveguide laser was mainly analysed. It points out that rectangular structure is better than circular structure. 2×2×140 mm metai ceramic RF excited waveguide laser was designed.Power 2.39 W, efficiently 6% were obtained.
