摘要
筛选产磷酸吡哆醛转移酶微生物菌株,应用微生物产生的磷酸吡哆醛转移酶转化生产磷酸吡哆醛,以焦磷酸为磷酸基团供体磷酸化吡哆醛合成磷酸吡哆醛,采用HPLC法检测反应液,紫外吸收波长388nm,出峰时间为1.75min。得到1株转化效率较高的菌株C2-300,其转化效率达到64μg/mL。
In this paper, the microorganism producing pyridoxal phosphokinases was isolated and applied to phosphorylate pyridoxal to pyridoxal phosphate with pyrophosphate acid. The product was detected by HPLC at 388 nm, and its retention time was at 1.75 min. C2-300 as the high productivity strain was isolated and its pyridoxal phosphokinase content reached 64 μg / mL.
