摘要
加强师生间的沟通与交流是教育工作的关键。只有走进学生的心灵,与学生进行有效的沟通才能充分发挥教育的作用,引导学生积极健康的成长。文章从师生沟通应具备的基本条件,沟通中常见的障碍及沟通的途径等几方面进行了阐述。
To strengthen the communication between teachers and students is the key to education work. Only stepping into students＇souls and communicating effectively with them, can we guide students to grow healthily. In order to promote the communication between teachers and students, this article, from the basic conditions of communication, common communication obstacles and communication ways, makes an analysis.
