摘要
给出一个新的WWW系统的性能分析模型,将服务器系统和通信访问网络统一考虑为一个整体,并将模型扩展到多服务器系统;分析了各模型参数对服务系统性能的影响,提出了避免死锁状态的方法和增加新服务器速率的原则;最后对比了几种提高服务器性能的方法在不同拥塞条件下的优劣.仿真实验结果证实了模型的有效性.该模型对于网络管理。
A
performance analysis model for WWW system is presented, in which the web server and the
communication network are considered as one system. This model is also extended to multiple
server systems. After the analysis of the effects of the parameters on the performance, the
method to avoid deadlock and the speed rule to add new server are investigated. The several
schemes for improving web server performance are evaluated and compared based on different
congest conditions. The simulation results have confirmed the validity of the model. It has
practical meaning for network management, planning, design and upgrade.
