摘要
通过专家咨询、实地考察和回顾四川竞技排球发展的历史,对四川竞技排球辉煌和低谷的原因进行比较分析和理论概括。以此为基础,对四川竞技排球的发展进行了理论探索。提出了坚定不移地重拾符合自身特点的"小、快、灵"技战术风格;组建一支具备执教和科研能力的教练班子;加大体教结合的实施力度;坚持走职业化、商业化、社会化的发展道路的思路和对策。
Through expert consultation,on-the-spot survey and introspection into the development history of Sichuan athletic volleyball,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the ebbs and flows of Sichuan athletic volleyball.Based on the analysis,this paper makes a theoretic exploration into the development of Sichuan athletic volleyball and proposes such countermeasures as firmly reemploying the tactical and technical style of ＂small,fast and flexible＂ which caters to the character of Sichuan athletic volleyball,form a coach team capable of teaching and scientific research,enhance the combination of physical training and cultural education and stick to the road of professionalization,commercialization and socialization.
