摘要 针对传统交流接触器能耗大、故障率高的问题,给出了一种智能交流接触器的实现方法。将智能结构的思想引入到了传统交流接触器系统中,采用C8051F040型单片机为控制核心,集数据采集、控制、故障保护、自诊断等功能于一体。实现了交流接触器运行状态的在线监测和直流运行。试验结果表明,系统成本低廉,运行状态及故障位置指示准确,保护动作可靠,完全消除了运行噪声和震动,节能达60%以上。 Aiming at the problems of high energy consuming and failure rate on traditional AC contactor,the implement method of intelligent AC contactor was presented.The smart structures concept was introduced into the domain of AC contactor and the microcontroller C8051F040 was used as the control core.The intelligent AC contactor was a comprehensive system which assembles data acquisition and control,fault sell-diagnosis and protection function,et al.DC operation and online monitoring of the running state was also realized.Experiments showed that the system had characteristics of low cost,accurate indication for running state and fault location,good protect on function,eliminated the noise and vibration operation,et al.It could get a good result of energy-saving over 60%.
