摘要
金属成形过程中或多或少地产生了一些有害的废料及排放物，消耗了有用的能源及资源因此，目前的金属成形技术还不能认为是清洁的，符合生态环保要求的本文分析了金属成形过程中存在的问题，介绍了一系列解决污染的新技术。
Today′s metal forming techniques can neither be considered clean nor meet the requirements of ecology and environment. For metal forming process not only produces some residues and emissions which are more or less harmful but also consumes valuable energy and resources. The problems occured during metal forming processes are analysed and the new techniques and methods to solve the pollution are introduced.
