集装箱平车中梁焊接变形的数值仿真 被引量:5

摘要 基于"局部-整体"有限元法,对集装箱平车底架中梁焊接变形进行仿真计算,分析其焊接变形的规律。结果表明,仿真数值与实测数值基本一致。在仿真模型正确的基础上,再就焊接顺序、结构参数对焊接变形的影响程度进行研究。通过计算,得到具有焊接变形最小结果的焊接顺序方案和结构参数方案,从而为控制中梁的焊接变形提供理论依据。 Welding distortion of the middle beam of the container flat car underframe was studied with the "local-global" FEM.The results show that the predicted results are consistent with the measured data.The influence of welding sequences and structure parameters on welding distortion were also studied on the basis of correct simulation.Theoretical references are provided for deformation control of the middle beam.
