摘要
金融服务业的发展是金融资源集聚与扩散的过程和结果。金融服务业的发展模式有两种:一种是市场反应模式;另一种是政府引导模式。从国际经验来看,金融服务业的发展需要快速增长的经济、优越的区位条件、金融人才的聚集、完善的基础设施、宽松的金融环境与优惠政策等条件。河北省应借鉴国际经验,完善现行金融发展政策。
The development of the financial service industry is the process and results of the concentration and diffusion of financial resources.There are two development models of the financial service industry,one is the market response model,the other is a mode of government guidance.From the international experiences,the development of the financial service industry need some common rules and conditions,such as the rapid growth of economy,superior geographic conditions,financial talented people,excellent infrastructure,liberal financial environment and preferential policies.Hebei province should profit from the international experience,and consummate present finance development policy.
