摘要
在"为政以德"中,"德"具有崇高的道德、无为的智慧、坦荡的勇气三种品格,而不仅仅指"道德"。"为政以德"的对象是官员而非百姓,这句话也不是主张"德治"的落后理念,而是关于政治道德运行规律的先进理念。"为政以德"提出了对政府的高尚之道德、无为之智慧、公开之勇气的三重要求,这三条正是评判现代政府合法性的标准。"为政以德"虽然提出了两千多年,但不是古董,而是极具现代性,其现代性的意义只有在现代社会中才能被挖掘出来,显示了孔子政治哲学的前瞻性。
In the idea of that ＂He who exercises government by means of his virtue＂,＂virtue＂ has the three characters： lofty moral,do-nothing wisdom and broad courage,instead of indicating ＂moral＂only.Its objects are official instead of common people.It is not the backward idea of ＂ruling by moral＂,it is the advanced idea of political moral performing discipline.The three characters are the standards to decide the validity of modern government.Although such an idea was raised over 2000 years ago,it is not antique;it has the modernity,showing the forward looking of Confucius political philosophy.
