摘要
目的通过对含沐足、桑拿、保健按摩等娱乐服务场所卫生状况调查，了解行业存在的问题，为将来修订的《公共场所卫生管理条例》将其纳入管理提出建议。方法现场调查娱乐服务场所功能布局、卫生设施、室内环境空气质量以及用品用具消毒情况。结果多数经营场所卫生设施不全，用品、用具检测总合格率为53．6％，室内空气环境质量一般。结论沐足、桑拿、保健按摩等娱乐服务场所卫生状况令人担忧，卫生管理处于“真空”状态，建议新《公共场所卫生管理条例》将其纳入卫生行政许可并制定卫生规范以促进行业健康发展。
Objective To understand the existing problems by investigating the sanitation status of entertainment venues and service centers. Methods The functional distribution of entertainment venues, sanitation facilities, indoor air quality, and disinfection of tools and utilities were investigated. Results Sanitation facilities were not enough in the entertainmnet venues. The overall percent of pass for detection of tools and supplies was 53.6%. The indoor air quality was not good enough. Conclusions The sanitation status of entertainment venues and service centers is worrisome and the management of hygiene is in a ＂vacuum＂ state. New Public Hygiene Control Regulation should be incorporated into the administrative permit and health standards to promote the healthy development of the industry.
