摘要
目的探讨自研设计的抗冲击性人工髋关节的生物力学特点及其意义。方法以新鲜人尸股骨为对照组,取其相关生物力学参数后在股骨距上12mm处截骨,将自研设计的抗冲击性人工髋关节假体(以下简称抗冲击性假体)和最常用的型人工髋关节假体(Moore型假体)分别安装在新鲜人尸股骨上,固定后分别测试两组在静态时的应力分布状况及动态时的冲击载荷的大小。结果抗冲击性假体的应变值的分布接近于股骨对照组,抗冲击性仅体所承受冲击载荷远大于Moore型假体。结论自研设计的抗冲击性假体更符合生物力学要求。
To investigate the function and significance of biomechanics about anti-impacted femoralprosthesis.Methods 10 cases fresh femoral specimens were as control, before hed osteotomy of femur fore 12 mm lessertrochanter.After osteotomy, all specimens were divided into two test group consisting of five specimens in which the antiimpacted femoral prosthesis and the Moore femoral prosthesis were installed respectively . After fixed prosthesis, the strain distribution and impact load about two test groups were measured. Results The strain distribution of the anti - impacted femoralprosthesis approached the control group and the impact load of the anti - impaacted femoral prosthesis was superior to that ofMoore femoral prosthesis Conclusion Anti-impacted femoral prosthesis is superior to Moore femoral prosthesis in the straindistribution and beared the impact load.
