摘要
根据国家21世纪发展战略,天津滨海新区要落实国家的定位要求,需要从京津冀和环渤海区域协调的角度考虑自身发展,处理好与天津老城区的关系,探索新的发展模式,成为贯彻落实科学发展观的排头兵。滨海新区的城市空间发展战略是在进一步强化京津塘发展走廊的基础上,强化与大滨海地区的连接,尝试构筑多中心网络化的城市区域,在实现快速健康可持续发展的同时,努力实现建设高品质人居环境的根本目标。
To accomplish the strategic goals required by the national developments for the 21st century, Binhai New Area in Tianjin needs to explore a new spatial development in coordination with the developments in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city group and Bohai Sea Rim Economic Belt and in cooperation with the old downtown area of Tianjin as well.The spatial development strategy emphasizes the establishment of a network connecting the coastal areas in this region,the construction of an urban area with multi-centers and clusters,the preservation of natural environment and historic heritages,the creation of an art skeleton of the city and the harmonization of urban functional zones.In the meantime a rapid and sustainable development will endure,and the area will also achieve better life qualities for the people.
